Production Process–Professional Kn/N95 Mask Making Machine Manufacturers & Suppliers

1. Four sets of active are released synchronously according to the production rhythm
2. The nose beam is fed passively,while the roller cutter cuts the edges and holes,ultrasonic welding is performed to weld the edges of the roller cutter.
3. The conveyor belt and mask are separated,and the subsequent welding belt mechanism is changed into 2 sets to improve the production capacity.
4. Automatic ear belt feeding and two ultrasonic welders shall be used to weld both sides of the ear belt at the same time
5. Folding mechanism:the mask is folded and closed from the plane and transferred to the facade.
6. Cut and seal the edge around the mask and pull out the edge material.
