The client is an experienced operator with over 10 years of experience in the amusement industry. As part of the project, the equipment was completely modernized across 42 hectares (approximately 5 hectares of which are dedicated to amusement rides).

      In 2024, a leading Kazakhstani contracting company won the tender for the complete reconstruction of the City Park of Culture and Recreation in Kyzylorda. The project was not only an important element of urban renewal but also had profound symbolic significance – it coincided with the centenary of Kyzylorda’s declaration as the capital of Kazakhstan and the restoration of the city’s historical national name, “Kazakh.”

The park’s grand opening on International Children’s Day, attended by the Deputy Prime Minister, the regional akim, members of parliament, and public figures, highlighted its dual value as a significant social facility and a gift to residents. For the client, the successful completion of this project was a key step in expanding its municipal entertainment portfolio and setting new industry standards.

      The client had no experience in selecting rides, technical standards, production cycles, or general delivery processes.
